Baptism Sunday

Do you know someone who has put off baptism?  We are celebrating a baptism Sunday on February 24th!  Pastor Augie will be holding a baptism preparation class on Saturday, February 16th at 10am.  This is a no obligation instructional class, and a great way to get questions answered and find out if baptism is for you.  Why not invite your friends and attend with them?  Contact the office for more information.

Christmas Love Offering

We are greatly blessed by the dedication and talent of an outstanding staff at Redeemer. We do not budget for Staff Christmas gifts or bonuses in our operating budget. At this time of the year it’s customary for us to invite you to make a contribution for the pastor, church office, preschool director and the traditional and contemporary musicians. If you’d like to do so, please place your donation in the offering plate any time through Sunday, December 16, making sure that it is clearly marked “Staff Gift.” Thank you in advance for your generosity! Kris Urdahl, Congregation President

Christmas Offering 2018

Christmas is the time when we think of the “gifts” we give to our friends and loved ones. Shouldn’t this also be true that this is a time when we give “gift” to our Lord? This year the Christmas Offering will be divided equally to three areas:

  1. San Diego Rescue Mission – This organization addresses the needs of men, women & children who are experiencing homelessness in San Diego. They share the Good News of Salvation and provide a holistic approach to rehabilitation and recovery.
  2. 2019 National Youth GatheringSupport for our high school youth who will be joining other young people from all over the country at this gathering in Minneapolis in July.
  3. Redeemer’s Benevolent Fund – This fund assists those in need (both within our congregation and outside).

You can make contribution using the green envelopes Sunday or online HERE anytime in December. Thank you for your generosity!
