New High School Study – “This is the Day”

Join other high school students on Monday nights starting January 25th at 5pm led by Pastor Augie.
Have you ever felt stuck? Sometimes life feels rigid—as if nothing could ever really change. Maybe we’re afraid of taking a step of faith. Or maybe we’re too injured from the past to move forward. Or maybe life threw us a curveball and we still don’t know how to react.
No matter where you find yourself, you can make the most of today. In this inspirational series, Heisman Trophy winner Tim Tebow shares stories from his life to illustrate what it means to seize each day for God’s glory. He challenges us to step out in courage because this is the day to act.
Sessions include:
  • Live on Purpose
  • Transcend the Journey
  • Live Extraordinary, Not Ordinary
  • Make it Count

New Sermon Series – Lead Where You Are

During this pandemic, leadership is needed now more than ever. No matter who you are, someone is looking to you to help them through. Christ’s ministry consisted of three ways He led us – as a prophet (someone who proclaimed God’s Word), as a priest (someone who sacrificed on our behalf), and as a king (someone who rules according to God’s ways). Christ, in turn, gives to us what He has done. He is a prophet who calls us to speak His Word as His witnesses. He is a priest who calls us to offer our lives as sacrifices. And He is a king who gives us a kingdom. In this series, we discuss what it looks like to lead in these ways. Sundays, January 24-February 7

Outdoor Communion Service – February 7th

Our next Outdoor Communion Service will be Sunday, February 7th at 10am. We will be observing social distancing and wearing masks. This outdoor service will have a brief communion liturgy and distribution of the sacrament in a “no-contact” socially-distant manner.  You may visit with others outside before and after the service.  Pastor Augie will also be available for individual prayer upon request.

LWM Meetings

Due to current circumstances resulting from the Coronavirus Epidemic with its ever-changing and uncertain implications impacting our personal lives, normalcy has become greatly compromised on all levels. Because of this, I as President of LWML, am announcing the CANCELLATION of both the LWML Board Meeting and the General LWML Meetings until further notice. I suspect, the possibility of holding our activities until January 2021.
Of course, I am always HOPEFUL that LWML will be able to do something for the upcoming holidays. But, only Our Lord knows.
