Historically known as a place of shame, anguish, and death, we look to the cross and see love, victory and life! “suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried. My Next Step(s): - I will dig deeper into some of the historical accounts of Christ’s crucifixion. - I will read the entire chapter of Isaiah 53 and compare it against Jesus’ life & death. - I will ponder how my life is different now, given that by Christ’s death on the cross I receive forgiveness & reconciliation. - I will proclaim Christ’s death until He returns.
